Your tickets are sent as e-tickets by email as soon as your order is confirmed. Show them on your phone or printed at the venue entrance.
Yes. For any order of several tickets in the same category, seats are allocated together. Should that prove impossible, our customer service contacts you before the tickets are issued.
If the organiser cancels, you are refunded in full. If it is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date; if that date does not suit you, a refund applies.
The price shown per category is a price per ticket. The total, including any service fees, is shown before any payment — nothing is added after the order.
You choose your category and zone on the interactive map. The exact row and seat number are allocated when the tickets are issued, within the zone you selected.
